MEET THE TEAM
Cara Silverman
Cara thought of the idea after speaking on a few career panels. She recognized that so many people had helped her along her marketing career journey and she wanted to give back. Especially with COVID layoffs and hiring frenzies, she couldn’t think of a better time to launch. Cara graduated from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, and has worked in PR, advertising, branding, and content creation in 4 continents. In her free time, she loves to play all racket sports and experiment with baking.
Stephanie Hausman
After Cara pitched Steph the idea, she was all in. As a recent graduate from Syracuse University, Steph understands first-hand the struggle of navigating the current job market. Her background is in digital marketing, advertising, social media, and graphic design. She loves building new relationships and connecting her friends with people who can help them. You can find her playing with her pug, bike riding, or scrolling through TikTok.
